New Toy Company Focuses on Brand; Continues Expansion with Addition of General Sales Manager

ST. ALBANS, England, May 2004 - InspirationWorks (UK) Ltd debuts its new look today, emphasising the company's mission to educate and inspire the child in all of us.

The company's collectables division, Film & Sport Cells UK, also unveiled its new image today. Uncovering the division's products -- limited edition, fully licensed 35mm film cells, which capture memorable sport moments and scenes from the hottest movies, including Spider--Man 2 and Shrek 2.

"InspirationWorks continues to build its brand -- a company focused on innovative, educational and entertaining products for the whole family -- and our new look is an important tool for conveying our brand to the consumer," said Stephen Wilks, Managing Director of InspirationWorks.

In addition to focusing on the company's brand positioning, the company strengthened its sales force with the addition of David Martin to the company as UK General Sales Manager. The former UK Sales Director for Crayola, Martin will oversee the Kidz Delight division's sales team in the UK and Eire, and take management responsibility for the company's national accounts. He also will work closely with the marketing arm of the division to build brand recognition for the portfolio of pre-school toys and educational learning aids.

"We are committed to putting the necessary resources behind the Kidz Delight division in order to provide superior customer service to toy retailers," said Wilks. "The addition of Martin to our team brings another industry insider to Kidz Delight and demonstrates our dedication to making a strong entrance into the UK and Eire markets."
